Start your festive meal with a healthy, refreshing and probiotic-rich Chinese New Year Rainbow Prosperity Yu Sheng with a Fermented Twist.
CNY Rainbow Prosperity Yu Sheng consists of an auspicious 18 ingredients mix of fruits, vegetables, nuts, seeds and a delicious Golden Fruity Sauce that is freshly made. Fermented vegetables help us to digest the rich dishes that often follow after the Yu Sheng tossing.

This hands-on workshop is conducted by Ms Mandy Leong. It will cover the basics and safety measures of vegetables lacto fermentation, making of 2 lacto fermented recipes, and the Rainbow Prosperity Yu Sheng.

• One (1) jar of green cabbage sauerkraut
• One (1) jar of lacto fermented carrot
