Fried Nian Gao (年糕) with cream cracker
Everyone say very delicious, I love this combination
1 1/2 cup of SR-flour
Gradually add water & stir into a paste.
Add in egg n mixed well.
Nian Gao need to be slightly thicker.
In order to taste of nian gao.
No yam , no sweet potato so substitute it with cream cracket
