Matcha mushipan (Japanese Greentea steamed cake) by Felicia Solihin
Recipe makes 5 cupcakes
Water or milk 120cc
Baking powder 5g
Matcha powder 1 tsp
In a bowl, mix water (or milk), sugar, matcha with a whisker until dissolved.
Add in flour and baking powder, whisk for 5 minutes until batter smooth.
Prepare 5 ramekins with paper cupcakes, pour batter, steam for about 15 minutes in a medium strong heat.
