Cheese stick cracker
Ingredient:
200g tapioca flour
1 tsp salt
100g of grated cheddar cheese
2 eggs
50 ml of water
 
Menthol:
Mix the tapioca flour, salt, grate cheese, water, eggs and mix until well evenly andsmooth shape the dough dont let it crack on the dough.if got crack will come out not very smooth looking. roll and shape both ends sharp. put to the deep fryingcooking oil. .
Do it until the dough finish
Fried with medium fire until golden brown and dry them with kitchen tower.
