Kong Ba Bao – by May Tan

My Super Black Hokkien Kong Ba Bao. Did once just before CNY & another round for last night dinner. Family & old folks said v pang

Ingredients
500g of pork belly(replace w chicken fillet for those who dun take pork)
1 whole Garlic bulb
10 slices Ginger or more
3 black dried mushroom
2 Star Anise (八角 )
1/4 tsp of cinnanom powder
5 tbsp Dark soya sauce (Tiger Brand Top Qty )
2 tsp of Light soya sauce
2 tbsp of brown sugar
1/4 tsp of Pepper
5 tbsp of Water(rough estimate )
1 tsp 花雕酒 ( huādiāojiǔ)
