Steam Custard Cheddar Cheese Huat Kueh – by Jeannie Lee

Ingredient:  
250 grams Self-raising flour  
2 tbsp Custard powder
1/2 tsp Double baking powder
Cheddar Cheese 3 pcs
30 grams butter
120 Grams of sugar,
250ml milk
1 egg

Practice:
1) butter, milk, cheese and boiled sugar dissolved till no lump. Has been stirring with a whisk, cook dissolved after cool down.
2) beaten egg used mesh filter, has been added to the cooler (1) Stir.
3) Gradually add flour and mix well. Egg until smooth and bring to a straight stream.
4) steamer hot, pour the batter into the full nine points.
5) fires roll steam for 20 minutes.
Note: If you do not double baking powder 1 teaspoon baking powder on the use of the ordinary.
