Ingredients:
300g Self raising flour ( BlueKey )

280ml water
120g sugar
food coloring (at your own choice)

Method:
1. Whisk sugar and water till sugar dissolved.
2. Add in self raising flour and stir to combine.
3. Pour into prepared cupcake liners.
4. Steam over high heat for 20mins.
