Easy Biscuit Layer Cheese Cakes – By Jack Mak

Recipe- 
Ingredients
Cream cheese 250g
Icing sugar 30g
Condensed milk 30g
Whipping cream 250g
“Soda” crackers (苏打饼) Depends on desire 

Method- 
– mix cream cheese with icing sugar and condensed milk and beat until smooth.
– Then, add in whipping cream. Mix until well-combined.
– Take one portion of cracker. Grind it and Press until firm.
– Top up with one layer of cream cheese and one layer of biscuit crisps. Repeat this until finish.
