南瓜喜板 - By Kim Turtle 普通面粉(过滤) 250g Plain flour (sieved) 糯米粉(过滤) 250g Glutinous rice flour (sieved) 糖粉 150g Super fine sugar即溶孝母 6g (大概1/2tbsp满)Instant yeast 6g (about 1/2 tbsp full)南瓜泥 200g Pumpkin paste清水 200-250ml Water油 30g Oil香蕉叶  Banana leave 做法 :1)面粉,糯米粉,糖,孝母,南瓜泥,水(水别一次倒完,要看面团的软度),一起搅拌,水慢慢加,至团即可。2)成团后加入油,再次柔均,如果粘手,可以用塑料刮刀代替。(油不要放太多,要不然面团都被油包围着发孝不起)3)待发 一个小时,手掌粘点油(材料另外),分成小粒(58g), 放在香蕉叶上,压一压,再待发半小时,就可以拿去蒸啦。(我先煮开锅里的水)*蒸十二分钟,关火后锅盖开个小缝五分钟,小心打开锅盖,不要让水份滴到喜板,喜板就会美美了。(我一关了火,就直接打开锅盖,那出喜板了)第一次做是放在纸上,只发孝一次,油放了一点多,出来的效果不是很理想。第二次做就在5月10号,放在香蕉叶上,发孝两次,油份减少(一点一点加,团不粘手即可)。第二次的效果非常满意,非常开心的带会家给妈妈试吃。妈妈说: 成功了!!好吃!!
