Steamed pumpkin cake – By Celine Gan 
Ingredients:
80g uncooked pumpkin (grated/chop/dice)
200g self raising flour
60g caster sugar
120ml fresh milk (or any milk)
2 large eggs
2tsp baking powder
1 tbsp vegetable oil

Method:
1. Lightly whish the egg + milk + sugar
2. Sift in the self raising flour, baking powder and mix till even
3. Add in the pumpkin and fold till combined, add oil
4. Pour batter into cupcake cup for ¾ full
5. Steam with medium heat for 15 mins or till the skewer come out clean
