Fragrant n Fluffy – Kuih Bahulu
Ingredient:
3 eggs
120g sugar
150g self raising flour
80g corn oil / melted butter
Vanilla essence
(30g Chocolate rice)
1. Preheat oven 175’c for 10min.
1. Beat eggs till foamy with high speed.
3. Sift in 1/3 flour, use a spatula to stir well then repeat 2/3 flour till well combined.
4. Add in corn oil 2-3 time slowly till well combined. Add in vanilla essence & stir well.
5. Bake 175’c 20-25 min
