Ingredients ~
- 80g Plain Flour
- 100g Icing Sugar
- 150g Butter
- 50g Almond Powder
- 1tsp Baking Powder
- 3 Eggs
- Canned Peach / Blueberries
Method ~
- Creme icing sugar & butter till fluffy, add in beaten eggs slowly & whisk well.
- Sift in baking powder, flour & almond power, mix well.
- Scoop in 1 layer of batter into baking tin, add in some fruits, then top the batter till 3/4 full & deco w/ the remaining fruits.
- Bake at 180oC preheated oven for 45 – 50mins.
( I use 2pc 3″ round silicon mould )
Or U can use a 7″ Sq tin
