Curry Spicy cornflakes – by Irene Kwek

First time try this. I did a combination of recipes shared by Harfa and Song Lawrence. Thanks for sharing your recipes! Here’s how I did mine:

Curry cornflakes

Ingredients:

Cornflakes (130g)
Curry powder(2Tbsp)
Chili powder(1 Tbsp)
Caster sugar(5 Tbsp)
Salt (1 teaspoon)
Raisins (1/3 cup)
Peanuts (120g)
Oil (1 Tbsp)

Method:

1. Mix curry powder, salt, sugar and chili powder together
2. Fry the curry leaves, raisins and peanuts lightly with oil
3. Then add in the curry powder mix over low heat, coat all the nuts and raisins
4. Turn off the heat and put in the corn flakes, toss until all well coated
5. Cool throughly and store in airtight container
