Dessert – Steamed Egg White with Hokkaido Milk (蛋白炖北海道牛奶) – by Georgina Chew 
Here’s the recipe: –

  • 1 egg white 
  • 100ml milk
  • 2-3 tsp sugar 
  1. Dissolve sugar in the milk.
  2. Lightly whisk the egg white and pour them into the milk mixture.
  3. Stir them evenly.
  4. Then pour into a sieve and sieve them ( I sieve twice).
  5. Divide the sieve mixture into tea cup or bowl.
  6. Cover with a clingwrap and steam low-medium heat for 10 – 15 mins. Done! ^^
