Dessert – Steamed Egg White with Hokkaido Milk (蛋白炖北海道牛奶) – by Georgina Chew
Here’s the recipe: –
- 1 egg white
- 100ml milk
- 2-3 tsp sugar
- Dissolve sugar in the milk.
- Lightly whisk the egg white and pour them into the milk mixture.
- Stir them evenly.
- Then pour into a sieve and sieve them ( I sieve twice).
- Divide the sieve mixture into tea cup or bowl.
- Cover with a clingwrap and steam low-medium heat for 10 – 15 mins. Done! ^^
