Dominic’s Pizza – by Deniece Wong

  • 150g bread flour
  • 2 g salt
  • 10g sugar
  • 3 g yeast
  • 12 g butter
  • 90g cold water
  1. Mix all the ingredients together until a dough forms.
  2. Rest the dough at a warm place for 30 min.
  3. Roll the dough into a ball & rest another 20 min.
  4. Roll the dough flat & place in a pizza pan.
  5. Use a fork & poke holes & rest for another 25 min.
  6. Put the pizza fillings.
  7. Bake at preheated oven 200d for 20-25 min.
