Pandan Huat Kueh Blossom – By Sara Quay

Pandan Huat Kueh 
500gm self raising flour 
Sugar 330gm (I put 300gm) 
1-1/2 teaspoons baking powder 
2 eggs 
Butter 120gm 
Pandan water 420ML 
Method: 
1) Heat sugar and pandan water till sugar dissolved, leave to cool. 
2) Melt butter.
3) Add beaten eggs and melted butter to (No:1 and stir to mix well.) 
4) Sift self-raising flour and baking powder together and slowly add to (No: 3, stir well to combine.) 
5) Pour the batter into big mould (
 I used coarse sugar to draw a “cross” on the batter.)
6) Steam over high heat for 45 minutes or until cook .
