Ingredient:
Butter 150g, 130g caster sugar,
1 vanilla bean pod / 1 tsp vanilla bean paste
5 eggs
190g Self-raising flour , 1/2 tsp baking powder, 1/2 tsp baking soda (all sifted)
Milk / milk 60ml
Method:
1 butter with sugar and mix well.
2 Add the egg and mix well.
3. Adding self-raising flour, baking powder, baking soda mixing evenly.
4 add milk, mixing evenly.
5 Pour mixture into a small paper cup of about 80% full.
6 large steam for 20 – 25 minutes and serve cold.
* You can make a small cake 11-12
